Patricia has been working with municipalities in several different capacities for over thirty years. Most recently she served as the Assistant Town Manager with the Town of Brunswick. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree, Patricia holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Tucson, Arizona. She began her career by practicing traditional municipal planning, eventually moving her career beyond traditional planning into project and business management.

Patricia's expertise stems from several high-level positions within the City of Portland (Department of Planning Urban Development), Casco Bay Estuary Project, Maine Development Foundation, Hannaford Bros. Co., and Fleet Financial Group. All of these experiences have given Patricia strong business management, real estate development, planning, human resource and finance skills couple with personnel management, business and organizational skills.

She has been very active over the years particularly as a Board Member with the Freeport Historical Society, Committee Member with the Town of Freeport Recycling Committee, Board Member of the Freepotr Housing Trust, Board Trustee with the Maine Audubon, as well as the Vice Chair and Chair for the Freeport Planning Board.
