After the issues are clearly defined, we begin gathering data by reviewing internal records, interviewing employees, administering questionnaires, and using other analytical tools.

The information gathered is then closely analyzed. Our findings and final recommendations are submitted to management in a comprehensive written report. We are then available, if desired, to help implement recommendations and to follow up on the effectiveness of the intervention.
