Outplacement Counseling is the systematic process by which terminated employees are assisted in successfully finding new employment. This service is aimed at reducing the trauma for both the manager doing the termination as well as the person being terminated. First, D. Gallant Management Associates provides pre-termination counseling for the manager; then, on the day of the termination, we meet one-on-one with the terminated individual. Other services include: in-depth assessment, tailored marketing plan, job interview training, secretarial support, use of office facilities, and unlimited personal counseling until placement.
