A Certified Senior Human Resources professional (SPHR) with significant work experience as an HR Generalist, a Training Manager, and a Benefits Administrator, Michelle came to us after nearly eight years at L.L. Bean, Inc., in Freeport.

She has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island, is a graduate of a three-year leadership program at Our Lady of Peace in Rhode Island, which emphasized the work of Myers-Briggs, and utilization of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator as well as the Eniagram. Michelle was selected to serve as a United Way Loaned Executive in 2007, and is a member of the Southern Maine Human Resource Association (SMHRA).
