Lindsay
Fisher has been in the human resource consulting business with D. Gallant
Management Associates for almost eleven years in progressively responsible
positions. Since joining the firm in 2000, Lindsay has gained significant
work experience as a leading HR Professional and member of our Consulting
Team. Lindsay possesses extensive knowledge of varied work environments
and work practices in a variety of industries. Her assignments have
included Interim Human Resources Management, One-on-one Career Development
& Executive Coaching, Retained Search, Employee Opinion Surveys,
Employee and Management Training, Salary Administration & Job Descriptions,
Affirmative Action Plan Development, HR Investigations, Conflict Resolution
& Mediation as well as consulting with clients on various HR issues
in order to maximize employee potential and minimize the employer's
legal risk.
As
the VP & Managing Director, Lindsay is responsible for the routine
operation and strategic direction of the firm, its business development,
client satisfaction and overall management of the firm.
Lindsay
attended Bryant College in Smithfield, Rhode Island, as well as the
University of Southern Maine and majored in Business Communications
with a minor in Marketing. Lindsay continues to attend professional
development programs and has obtained her Professional in Human Resources
(PHR) Certification through the internationally recognized Human Resource
Certification Institute. Lindsay is an active member of the Society
of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and serves on the Board as Co-chair
of the Programs Committee for the Human Resources Association of Southern
Maine (HRASM).
