Valid opinions of an organization’s workforce is an important barometer in understanding what issues, both positive and negative, are currently facing your business. Gallant Management Associates provides national comparative norms based on surveys of over 900,000 employees each year in each industry and thousands of organizations, depending on which industry we want our clients to be compared against. The questions have been developed over the past seventeen years of usage and measures such factors as work, working conditions, supervision, management, advancement, pay/benefits, co-worker inter-group relations, policies, job security, as well as other “organization-specific questions” developed through interviews with selected “focus groups.”
