Executive Coaching Services

Executive Coaching
To survive and thrive in today’s competitive environment, leaders need to develop their personal performance, as well as professional performance. Executive Coaching dramatically increases personal performance in direct correlation with established organizational goals by helping individuals understand the impact they have up, down, and across the organization.

Executive Coaching is a collaborative partnership between a coach and a willing individual that connects at the deep personal level of beliefs, values and vision, and enables through a process of discovery, goal-setting and specific action steps, the realization of extraordinary results. The coach keeps the individual focused on the desired outcomes.

Sample Methodology and Process Steps
(Individual services would be customized to meet the needs/desires of the client)

  1. The process begins with an initial consultation between the coach and the individual to discuss the organization’s issues and concerns. A plan of action will be developed and assignments will be distributed, including the completion of a diagnostic testing instrument entitled “Leadership Effectiveness Assessment.”

  2. Three subsequent weekly one-hour meetings with the coach will be held to discuss results of the Leadership Effectiveness Assessment (LEA) tool, actual work situations that have happened in the past, current unresolved work situations, hypothetical situation analyses, and homework assignments.

  3. Weekly feedback conversations by telephone will be held by the coach with the employee's manager to discuss progress and any new issues/concerns that may have arisen. The coach will also give the employee’s manager some recommendations on how to manage the individual in the workplace on a day-to-day basis.

  4. At the end of one month (or after four sessions with the coach), the individual and the coach will meet together with the employee’s manager to assess progress and next steps.

The Results
Executive Coaching results in cost savings to the company, retention of competent staff, enhanced teamwork, higher productivity, and improved mentoring and development of staff.
